You can delete your EasyTeam account and associated personal data at any time. There are two ways to do this.
Your membership of that club is deleted immediately. If you belong to more than one club, each membership is a separate account and is not affected.
If you are the club owner, transfer ownership to another administrator first (in the Members area), or use the email request below. If you are the club's only administrator, promote another member to administrator first.
If you cannot use the in-app option, email us and we will action your request:

Please include the club name and the email address or phone number you use to sign in so we can verify and locate your account.
We permanently remove your personal data: your name, email address, and phone number.
For legal and accounting obligations we retain anonymised subscription and transaction records. These no longer identify you. Historical activity (such as past events) is kept with your name anonymised as "Former member".
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google — cancel auto-renewal in your App Store or Google Play account settings separately.
